用途：緩解類風(fēng)濕關(guān)節(jié)炎、骨關(guān)節(jié)炎。脊柱關(guān)節(jié)病、痛風(fēng)性關(guān)節(jié)炎、風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎等各種慢性關(guān)節(jié)炎的急性發(fā)作期或持續(xù)性的關(guān)節(jié)腫痛癥狀，口服吸收快，完全與食物同服降低吸收率。血藥濃度空腹服藥平均1～2小時(shí)達(dá)峰值，與食物同服時(shí)6小時(shí)達(dá)峰值，血漿濃度降低。藥物半衰期約2小時(shí)。血漿蛋白結(jié)合率為99%。在乳汁中藥濃度極低而可忽略，在關(guān)節(jié)滑液中，服藥4小時(shí)，其水平高于當(dāng)時(shí)血清水平并可維持12小時(shí)。大約50%在肝臟代謝，40%～65%從腎排出，35%從膽汁，糞便排出1.2～2小時(shí)排泄完。長(zhǎng)期應(yīng)用無蓄積作用。
雙氯芬酸鈉用量用法
口服
成人類風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎150mg～200mg/日，分2次～4次服，達(dá)療效后逐漸減至最小有效量，通常為75mg～100mg/日，分3次服用；
骨關(guān)節(jié)炎開始100mg～150mg/日，分2次～3次服，達(dá)療效后逐漸減至最小有效量；
強(qiáng)直性脊椎炎開始100mg～125mg/日，分4次～5次服，達(dá)療效后逐漸減至最小有效量；
兒童（1歲以上）每日按體重0.5mg～2mg/kg，分2次～3次服。
