葡聚糖凝膠有不同的粒度。超細(xì)級(jí)的葡聚糖凝膠是用于需要極高分辨率的柱色譜和薄層色譜。粗級(jí)和中級(jí)的凝膠用于制備性色譜過(guò)程，可在較低的壓力下獲得較高的流速。另外，粗級(jí)也可用于批量工藝。

Dextran gel has different particle sizes. Ultrafine dextran gel is used for column chromatography and thin layer chromatography with high resolution. Crude and intermediate gels are used in the preparation chromatography process, and can obtain higher flow rates at lower pressures. In addition, the coarse grade can also be used in batch process.
