露水草提取物在化妝品上的應(yīng)用
露水草中含有以下幾種成份：β-蛻皮甾酮(β-ecdysone)、ａ-蛻皮甾酮(ａ-ecdysone)、羅漢松甾酮(podecdysone)、土克甾酮(Turkesterone)，其中主要成份是β-蛻皮甾酮，再加上研究認(rèn)為“蛻皮甾酮”中起主要作用的物質(zhì)也是“β-蛻皮甾酮”，所以人們一般就把“β-蛻皮甾酮”叫做“蛻皮甾酮”?，F(xiàn)在人們常說(shuō)的“蛻皮甾酮”也就是指“β-蛻皮甾酮”。
性狀：“露水草提取物”一般是淡黃色或灰白色結(jié)晶性粉末,無(wú)臭,具有吸濕性,遇光后顏色逐漸變深。在乙醇中易溶，在丙酮中略溶，在熱水中溶解，在乙酸乙酯氯仿中微溶，在乙醚中幾乎不溶。
其實(shí)“β-蛻皮甾酮”也是一個(gè)混合物，其中的主要成份是“20-羥基蛻皮甾酮”。
性狀：“蛻皮甾酮”一般是白色或米白色結(jié)晶性粉末。本品在乙醇及水中易溶，在丙酮中略溶，在乙酸乙酯氯仿微溶，在乙醚中幾乎不溶。
在化妝品上：一般使用的是“蛻皮甾酮”，因?yàn)楦呒兌鹊摹巴懫ょ尥笔羌儼咨Y(jié)晶性粉末或無(wú)色的透明結(jié)晶體。高效液相條件下，含量大于90%的“蛻皮甾酮”，成份單一，無(wú)其它雜質(zhì)，對(duì)皮膚無(wú)過(guò)敏反應(yīng)，高純度的“蛻皮甾酮”具有很強(qiáng)的滲透性，在液態(tài)狀態(tài)下能快速被皮膚吸收。
因蛻皮甾酮作用于皮膚的基本功能就是：促進(jìn)膠元蛋白合成，排除體內(nèi)的膽固醇，促進(jìn)細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)、刺激真皮細(xì)胞分裂。國(guó)外（俄羅斯、日本、韓國(guó)）實(shí)驗(yàn)證明，蛻皮甾酮可以增加特異氨基酸對(duì)快肌纖維和慢肌纖維中收縮蛋白的整合作用。在4小時(shí)的作用時(shí)間里，脫皮甾酮使蛋白合成增加了70%。高純度的蛻皮甾酮在促進(jìn)膠元蛋白的合成上遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)高于現(xiàn)有市場(chǎng)上的任何產(chǎn)品，市場(chǎng)上一般的去眼角皺紋、消減眼袋、去黑斑等產(chǎn)品是直接補(bǔ)充膠元蛋白，這是治標(biāo)不治本，不能長(zhǎng)久生效，而使用蛻皮甾酮的產(chǎn)品是從皮膚機(jī)體本身增加膠元蛋白，
